Cancellation Policy

We value your time and strive to provide the best service to every client. To ensure smooth scheduling, please review our cancellation policy below.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

To secure your appointment, a £20 deposit is required at the time of booking.

Appointments may be changed or rescheduled with at least 6 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment time.

  • Changes or rescheduling requests made within less than 6 hours may result in the deposit being forfeited.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will lose the £20 deposit.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

Late Arrivals

  • Clients arriving late may receive a shortened session to avoid delays for other appointments.

  • Full service fees still apply for late arrivals.

Emergency Situations

We understand emergencies happen. Cancellation fees may be waived at management discretion for genuine emergencies or illness.
